Glyphs corner/segment component feature for INK stroke

For a long time, there has been a need for the use of custom corners and terminals with LTTR/INK for Glyphs. Now we are opening the discussion, especially targeting the CJK type design community.

CJK Type Designers are in need to exploit "Parametric Model of Chinese Type" which was proposed long time ago.
This feature employs 'Stroke Endings Options' and 'Stroke Corner Options' for basics and aims to support the Glyphs features 'Corner Components' and 'Segment Components' on strokes generated by LTTR/INK.
